Symbolic resistance bracelet for freedom in Tibet

Description

Rangzen freedom bracelet

When you wear this bracelet, think of Tibetan political prisoners.

This “rangzen” (freedom) bracelet was originally made by Tibetan political prisoners in captivity and braided from threads from their prison uniforms. Soon they became a popular symbol of resistance to Chinese occupation in Tibet. The weaving pattern resembles that of the famous ”dzi” eyes (precious stone) believed to protect the wearer. This bracelet was woven by Tibetan refugees in India. The material is a combination of wool and cotton.

*Please note: Rangzen Bracelet may vary in length.
