At ICT, we believe that community is power. Change does not happen in isolation – it grows through cooperation, solidarity, and shared values. That’s why we actively build connections with Tibetans, allies, and international partners, ensuring that Tibet’s struggle is part of a broader movement for freedom and human rights. 

Our community-building efforts include: 

1. Tibet Empowerment Days – bringing Tibetans and allies together to exchange skills and strategies 

2. Open Campaigning – initiatives like EU4Tibet and Compassion Rising, which mobilise people across Europe 

3. Solidarity alliances – working hand in hand with Uyghur, Mongolian, Hong Konger, and Chinese dissident groups 

4. Support for young activists – providing mentorship and resources for the next generation of leaders 

5. Internships at ICT – offering young people practical experience in advocacy and movement-building 

Through these initiatives, ICT helps to strengthen networks, connect communities across borders, and sustain resilience for the long-term struggle.
