Together for Tibet and Human Rights Worldwide
We believe that lasting change begins with collaboration and solidarity.
The International Campaign for Tibet (ICT) works within a broad network of organisations and alliances that share our vision of human rights, justice, and environmental protection. Through these partnerships, we amplify Tibet’s voice in political, academic, and civil society spaces.
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do: it strengthens our advocacy, enhances our credibility, and ensures that Tibet remains part of the global human rights agenda.
Our Key Partnerships
International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH)
ICT is affiliated with the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), one of the world’s oldest and most respected human rights organisations. Through this partnership, ICT contributes to international efforts to strengthen accountability and uphold the rights of people living under repression.
Breed Mensenrechten Overleg (BMO)
As a member of the Breed Mensenrechten Overleg (BMO), ICT contributes to a broad coalition of Dutch human rights organisations advocating for freedom and justice worldwide. BMO provides a platform for dialogue, joint campaigns, and coordination among NGOs on issues ranging from freedom of religion to environmental justice.
Cross-Movement Coalition in the Netherlands
In the Netherlands, ICT is part of a cross-movement coalition of groups focused on Tibet, the Uyghurs, Hong Kong, Southern Mongolia, and Chinese human rights advocates. Together, we collaborate on shared concerns and speak with one united voice — strengthening our collective impact and preventing efforts to divide or silence us.
International Tibet Network
ICT is a proud member of the International Tibet Network, a global coalition of more than 120 Tibet-related groups working together to promote freedom, human rights, and self-determination for the Tibetan people. The network enables strategic coordination of campaigns, joint advocacy, and rapid response to developments inside Tibet.
Why Partnerships Matter
Working together allows ICT to:
- Amplify impact by joining global campaigns and advocacy efforts.
- Share expertise by combining research, communication, and grassroots insight.
- Build solidarity by connecting the Tibetan cause with other struggles for freedom and justice.
