It\u2019s based on the belief that the Tibetan people should have the right to determine their own future in freedom. ICT Europe\u2019s methods are non-violent and inspired by the vision of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A successful transition toward a more professional organization\u2014with clearer, more formal, accountable, and transparent decision-making and a more stable and predictable income base\u2014requires a board with diverse talents. Financial uncertainty must be transformed into stable, predictable, and manageable growth through well-thought-out financial and fundraising planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As an adversary, China is increasingly viewed with distrust, and Western countries, especially in Europe, are reassessing their approach toward China. In the field of the environment (climate and biodiversity), Tibet offers important entry points for dialogue and advocacy.
