For more than six decades, Tibetans and their supporters have kept the vision of a free Tibet alive, guided by the principles of <strong>non-violence and compassion<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>International Campaign for Tibet (ICT)<\/strong> is proud to have contributed to many of these milestones, working alongside Tibetans, governments, and global citizens to advance justice and preserve Tibet\u2019s unique heritage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Milestones<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2025 \u2013 \u201cCompassion Rising\u201d World Tour<\/strong><br>A global campaign celebrating the 90th birthday of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, spreading his message of compassion, non-violence, and universal responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2024 \u2013 Passage of the Resolve Tibet Act (United States)<\/strong><br>A historic step reaffirming U.S. support for dialogue between the Dalai Lama\u2019s representatives and the Chinese government, and for Tibetans\u2019 right to self-determination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2018 \u2013 Honouring Lodi Gyari<\/strong><br>ICT remembers Lodi Gyari, the Dalai Lama\u2019s chief negotiator with China and a founding force behind ICT, whose vision continues to inspire our work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2008 \u2013 Global Protests During the Beijing Olympics<\/strong><br>The world witnesses widespread demonstrations demanding human rights and justice for Tibet.
