Guided by the <strong>Dalai Lama\u2019s principles of non-violence and compassion<\/strong>, ICT works with both <strong>Tibetans and non-Tibetans<\/strong> to inspire action and foster strong networks for justice. We also take part in <strong>alliances and coalitions<\/strong> that uphold the same values, ensuring that Tibet remains part of a broader movement for human rights and freedom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We equip young Tibetan activists through <strong>training, mentorship, and resources<\/strong> in <strong>non-violent strategy<\/strong>, <strong>community organising<\/strong>, and <strong>advocacy<\/strong>. By connecting people across borders, cultures, and causes, we provide practical tools that strengthen both <strong>individual resilience<\/strong> and <strong>community empowerment<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the heart of our work are values that guide every step:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Non-violence<\/strong> as both a principle and a strategy&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The recognition that <strong>networks sustain long-term change<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A commitment to <strong>community building as an ongoing process<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The belief that <strong>respect and equality<\/strong> must underpin
